1. How large is the Sanctuary? How many homesites? |
| 2. Are there many lots remaining from which to choose? Yes--Now is the best time to pick a lot, as Phase 3, which boasts all 1+ acre homesites,was recently opened. This phase offers private cul-de-sac streets with many homesites backing up to the conservation area. |
| 3. Can a lot be purchased alone, or must a building contract be
executed along with the purchase of the lot? Homesites can be purchased independent of a building contract. Currently, there is no specified time within which construction must begin on the lot. |

4. What is the average sale price in The Sanctuary? |
| 5. Do I have a choice of builders? Yes, several Sanctuary Featured Builders are available to build custom-designed homes. Additionally, many new model homes, constructed by various builders, are also available for immediate purchase. |
| 6. What does Model Home mean? Model Home simply means a builder inventory home for sale. Depending on the stage of completion, a purchaser can make all selections to customize the home to suit personal tastes and preferences. Each home is unique and will not be reproduced. |
| 7. What is the minimum square footage requirement? The minimum living area requirement is 2,500 sq. ft. for a single-story residence. The minimum living area requirement is 3,000 sq. ft. for a split-level residence. |
| 8. What is the amount of Homeowners Dues? $250 per quarter. In addition to common grounds and the subdivision entrance gates maintenance, this payment includes use of the following facilities: Sanctuary Pool, Sanctuary Health & Activity Center (a true fitness center), three lighted tennis courts, toddler playground, basketball practice goals, large ball field, biking and nature trails, pristinely maintained Clubroom equipped with commercial ice maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher for private parties, meetings, etc. |

Elementary--K thru 3rd--Pontchartrain Elementary Middle--4th thru 6th--Tchefuncte Middle Junior High--7th & 8th--Mandeville Junior High High School--9th thru 12th--Mandeville High School The majority of Sanctuary residents use the public school system located next door to The Sanctuary. Pontchartrain Elementary and Mandeville High have both achieved Blue Ribbon School of Excellence status. Many of our residents come from a private school background and are very impressed with the academics of our public schools. |
| 10. Is The Sanctuary within Mandeville city limits? Yes. Thus, City of Mandeville provides water, sewerage, & trash pickup and city police protection. |

| 13. Are there parks in the area for children involved in sports? Mandeville has a very active sports program located at Pelican Park. There are also many special teams formed throughout the year. |
| 14. Where is the nearest grocery store and shopping area? The Sanctuary is conveniently located just blocks from a major grocery chain, and only a mile or so from favorite stores like . . . Old Navy, Stein Mart, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Victorias Secret, American Eagle, and Gap as well as many fabulous boutiques. We are also fortunate to have many wonderful fine dining restaurants and fast-food establishments very near. |
